Squat: 200lbs (PR) previous: 160lbs
Press: 100lbs previous: 95lbs
Deadlift: 275lbs (PR) previous: 250lbs

CFT: 575 lbs (PR)

My press is weak but that is an area that I will improve on.

This is the baseline for many of our workouts. This also shows how much progress I have made in just under 2 months time. I can't wait to see this when I do it again in a few months.
