5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 air squats

Had to break to knees after 6 rounds of push-ups. I still need work but I have come a long way on push-ups. This was the first CF workout I did and it absolutely killed me the first time. Had to lay on the bench for 15 min afterwards.
